How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once our system processes your order, each product is carefully inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition.

After passing a final round of quality checks, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to your doorstep as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to reschedule.

We maintain a ‘Closed Box Delivery’ policy to ensure the authenticity of our products, protect customer privacy, and prevent tampering or product modifications.

How Are Items Packaged?

We pack all items in protective cardboard boxes. Each product is carefully wrapped, and fragile items like glass bottles or jars are secured with bubble wrap. Your invoice is included in the box for reference.

What Are the Delivery Charges?

• Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
• Dhaka Sub City (e.g., Uttara, Savar): 100 BDT
• Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
